Remote support services
Remote desktop control is readily available with software from CrossLoop. RK Technical Support Services, LLC staff can, with your approval, manage your computer with the software available on the CrossLoop web page or downloaded from the link here.
Here's the process:
1. Download the CrossLoop beta software.
2. Install the CrossLoop beta software on your PC.
3. Call RK Technical Support at 708-473-2068 to arrange a remote control session.
4. Launch the CrossLoop program, select the "Share" tab.
5. Provide the key and authorize the connection.
